Chef Marco Herrera was born and raised in the borderland of El Paso, Texas. After attending the University of Texas at El Paso and an initial career in education as a teacher and school administrator, Marco found his true calling in the kitchen, serving as co-executive Chef of Vintage Wine Bar and founder and Chef of et Al. Tulsa, which earned a James Beard Award nomination in 2023.
